More About Me

Real Estate is not my job, it's my pleasure

I find great pleasure in my profession.  It's hard work, but helping people find a home and seeing the excitement when they get their home is always a privilege to be part of.  Handing my client's the keys at closing is very emotional because we've usually developed a bond by the end of the process, it's very personal.

I've been in the real estate business for more than 25 years.  My experience includes home loan origination, flipping homes with my contractor husband Tim, and helping investors.

I got started in the real estate industry because I was managing a medical practice and the physician started purchasing rental property and wanted me to manage it as well.  That prompted me to get my real estate license in 1994 in California.  The loan officer helping him with purchase loans offered to help me learn the loan process, and I did loans for a couple of years before I made the transition into real estate sales.

My friends describe me as highly motivated, hardworking and friendly.  I consider one of my best skills is a problem solver.  And I don't consider myself as a salesperson, but a facilitator.  Once we find the home, I work hard to get the transaction done with skill and professionalism.

While real estate is my passion, my proudest moments are becoming a mother of two sons.  I moved to Arizona in 2008 and still can't get over the beautiful majestic mountains that I get to enjoy every day!  I enjoy gardening, jewelry making and golf.
